Crispy Oven Chicken Tenders

A healthier version of a kid favorite
These feel like a treat meal but still provide solid protein and balance.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
2 eggs
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup Parmesan
Salt and pepper
Cooking spray
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Dip chicken in beaten egg.
Coat in panko + Parmesan + seasoning.
Place on baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.
Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with fruit, yogurt ranch, and roasted potatoes.
