Crispy Oven Chicken Tenders

A healthier version of a kid favorite

These feel like a treat meal but still provide solid protein and balance.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • ¼ cup Parmesan

  • Salt and pepper

  • Cooking spray

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Dip chicken in beaten egg.

  3. Coat in panko + Parmesan + seasoning.

  4. Place on baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.

  5. Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Serve with fruit, yogurt ranch, and roasted potatoes.
