The easiest high-protein dinner when everyone’s tired

Breakfast foods feel safe to kids, and they’re naturally packed with protein.


Ingredients

  • Eggs, scrambled

  • Breakfast sausage or bacon

  • Greek yogurt

  • Fresh fruit

  • Toast or waffles

  • Roasted breakfast potatoes

How to Make It

  1. Cook eggs and protein (sausage or bacon).

  2. Roast diced potatoes with olive oil and seasoning.

  3. Serve everything family-style.

  4. Let everyone build their own bowl.

Even yogurt + eggs + fruit = balanced.
